If you happen to be in Norris City, you absolutely have to stop by Cardinal Restaurant it’s a true hidden gem for anyone who loves comfort food. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and welcoming; you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The service is top-notch the staff is friendly and attentive, and our food arrived quickly. The portions are very generous, and the flavors really remind you of a classic Sunday dinner. Its central location on Wabash Street makes it a perfect spot to pull over during a road trip. It’s fantastic value for money, and I can’t recommend it enough!

Stopped in on the way home from traveling for breakfast. Nice diner style restaurant. Food was good. Staff were all friendly. Definitely a home town feel. Would stop in again if in the area.
